Pharmacy app issue

Constant message on pharmacy side that copay amounts could be incorrect. Message never changed and neither did the status on the prescription I refilled through the app.

The app and website are down right now. They cannot load pages. I think it's a problem with the server in general since other family members have also struggled with this today. I hope this issue can be fixed promptly, otherwise U coupons will not work and I won't be able to shop at Jewel,

I was ordering from Jewel, everything was fine till I hit the CHECKOUT button, then everything stopped. I have tried for 3 days, the problem still there. Jewel Technicians were supposed to contact me, they didn't.

Osco App dropped all history and current prescriptions

Osco lost all my history and current prescriptions. Delegated and reinstalled the app, still nothing. I may have to go back to Walgreens. IT should have followed the old saying, “Don’t fix what ain’t broke.” .
