Kaveri online often doesn't work, and no way to hold anyone accountable

You can't fix by technology what the govt dept lacks in intent. You can do all websites and promote e-this and e-that, reality is that the kaveri website doesn't work a lot of the time. How is a person supposed to get encumbrance certificate? This is useless.

Portal not allowing to login/ user activation/ pwd reset

The portal is not allowing to login. After entering username, pwd, captcha and clicked on Login it throws error saying 'Some error occured'. Although I am reeiving OTP in phone for login but on screen nothing progresses after error
