Yes. The site is not working as expected and has lots of issues. Sometimes it is showing someone else course progress and exam booking to me.

"This site can’t be reached...localhost refused to connect." when attempting to access mylearn.oracl

Whenever i try to access Oracle Mylearn, I get the message "This site can't be reached" local host refused to connect. This happened after the outage this morning where my classes would just load constantly. I tried to fix the issue by clearing the cache, but the issue persisted. I did see a notice in their help website, so I closed the page, now I cannot access it
