Access Denied Possible Abuse

While correcting inconsistencies Igot logged out of my MyHeritage account. when I tried logging back in I was refused access with 'access denied due to possible abuse' shown on my screen. I contacted my heritage by phone and was told it would be passed on to some who could resolve my issue and future contact would be by email. Two days and numerous emails later Istill can't access my account or get any response from myheritage, not for the first time.

Access Denied

Two weeks ago I got kicked out from MyHeritage. I tried to login but access denied: "This request was blocked by our security service".
I reported it and got instruction to try it again tomorrow. I have tried multiple times but it doesn't work. I have contacted service but they haven't answered me nothing. I have premium account, but if service is like this I'm not going to continue order.

Unable to access health test results and now I can’t log in

I have problems logging into app, I was notified that my health results are back, at first I could log in to see them, then suddenly I can’t, it keeps saying security team has denied access, I contacted the support team, they just said to try after 24 hours, still not able to access my health results

Access denied issue when trying to login in

Was working in myheritage, then it kicked me off. Tried to login, but got access error. I use 2-factor authentication, Sent details to myheritage security. Their reply was try tomorrow as they try to fix the issue. What ?? Tomorrow ??? Joking right !! Very unprofessional and negative response.

Its not safe, its not working. Login says about expired password and that email was sent to create new password. No email arrived ever. So, one cannot login, and all the family tree data as well DNA -test results are not available any more. All this with so called Premium account that I have paid for (359 euros for a every year). Customer service does not answer emails.

STILL get password expired; can't log on

Tried to access my account on MyHeritage just now. It still says my password has expired and that instructions were sent to my email. Never happened. I've been a member for over ten years with the same password. I even checked my spam. Nothing there either. Are you planning on fixing the issue? I'm not happy that I can't work on my genealogy through this site right now. I've been trying to access this site for five days! Why don't you post password reset instructions right on the home page of MyHeritage?

Logging in to MyHeritage still messed up...it's not fair to have to pay for a site you can't use.

Tried to login again today...still got the password expired message with a note that resetting a password was sent to my email. Still nothing! I even checked my spam folder. What is wrong with this site? If someone gets the instructions, please post them here.

I have received a "password expired" note. It says it sent instructions on how to reset password to my registered email. Those instructions NEVER arrived. I checked the spam folder, too. Nothing.

"Unknown error, please try again" trying to log in to App with 2-factor enabled

Just switched to 2-factor authentication using Samsung Pass. Works fine via browser but using the app it fails after passing the Samsung Pass authentication and flashing the Kaptcha message. Just says "Unknown error, please try again".

Cannot log in to MyHeritage.com from Poland and the following message appears: "Your password has expired. An email with instructions for setting a new password was sent to you at.."

In additions to the loss of downloading shared segments and shared matches, also triangulations and Chromosome browser are gone.
Also since a couple of weeks, ethnicity and genetic groups filters are gone.

My Heritage Access Problems

Hi cannot get access to My Heritage or Geni sites since this evening. When try to log in get constant error message "access denied" and "your request blocked by our security service". Have contacted security support at My Heritage as advised on error message. They have replied that it is a temporary issue that should resolve in 24 hours but to contact them again if it's still not working by then.

Most of my DNA data has disappeared-no advice from MH and it's been a nightmare trying to get someone to respond let alone fix the problem. There have been numerous reports of similar issues with other MH user groups so there has been a significant fail somewhere in this organisation.
