Pokeflix not working

It's not working today, well for me anyway. It was working earlier on, now it keeps showing as a black screen. When I click it then it says "Loading (something 4)" and never goes into the episode. I'm watching pokemon horizons, so that could be why it's not working. But it worked for other episodes, and I don't know why it's not working now!
