I was finishing transcribing a file and submitted my work but was redirected to a page that was different than usual. It's pretty blank and says, "Oops, something is broken." I'm unsure if I'll get penalized for a late submission or not, or if it was submitted at all.

I tried to submit an application but lost all of the progress when I got 2 different error pages saying "504 Error" and "Something Is Broken". What a sad excuse of a first impression, I absolutely will not be working with this company.

Same as others. Getting an error message saying "504 Error, the request could not be satisfied" when I try to claim. Guess I'll take an hour or so off and check again later.

Tried submitting a job and it told me something went wrong and it was checking to see if the transcription could be sumbitted. Refreshing the page did nothing and when I hit submit again I got a "Something's broken" message
