Site is hanging at loading

Main site banner and menu loads but main screen content hangs and spinning wheel persists. It says on mouse over 'loading interface' but this does not complete.. support claims my account was compromised and deleted yet my profile name, message totals all show up as does the banner and menu there is clearly an interface loading issue. Seeking is also emailing me offers using my profile name despite claiming this is deleted. It is not but support does not want to address or admit the loading fault. Sent screenshots but getting copy pasta back with no mention of these. Dec 1st 2023

Account is not suspended; I can message people still and search, but not view the direct persons profile.
