still not working

still cant get in using app since 10a ET ...now 140p ET. cant access square website. i was told not to log out. But at this point no business income for 3rd time in 1 month from square problems is just plain bad business. and no one to call to assist is a further problem! it is still not working at all for me.

Unable to log in

I can not log in or access my account at all, just spins. Luckily customers can still get to my website, but what good will that do for me if I can't access their order. I have never had any trouble with it before. This is just ridiculous, my small business can't afford me not being able to access orders.

They should have notified us the customers and where is their responsibility in this and the businesses it is affecting currently? Square expects us as businesses to have accountability but where is theirs right now? They text or email all the time but not about this. "unexpected closures" doesn't set well right now!!

Squareup.com website is not working for me. Do you have any idea how much money we invested in that e-commerce? In exchange, our website is suffering from the lack of one important thing, which is the required security. Now, we pay $6 a month to a plug in to protect our accounts and do the key actions. The first thing I have in mind is to build a plug-in to get our website back on track. Our first approach was to think about upgrading our servers to Windows Server 2012 R2 and virtualization. The second option was to switch from Office 365 to another Office 365 tenant. This will require a complex upgrade apparently.
