the app used tp be great, but as of the end of june, the app has stopped working entirely and is missing buttons on the seller portal to list inventory

the buttons on the seller portal disappeared after i updated the app today. previously, the buttons were present, but most did not work on the seller portal. the latter issue has given me nonstop unaddressed problems since april.

the app is broken as of june 10, 2023 and needs to get fixed immediately! there are widespread customer and vendor complaints about the software having multiple problems with a recent update that have not been addressed, making selling items there difficult. tbe app frequently crashes and the sales inventory screen often fails to find items I have that I want to sell.

is anyone else having trouble with sales suddenly stopping at the end of august 2022 with an account that is otherwise trouble free? I have had my list of around 1000 cards active for about 7 days and sales seemed to have suddenly stopped without notice. as far as i know, I never got any problem notices by tcgplayer administration and my online store has well over 1200 sales and over 99% positive ratings with the only negative ones coming from a couple of scammers a year or more ago where I provided video evidence of the conditions of the cards they purchased, videos of them being packaged, and videos of their order being placed into a usps post office mail drop slot plus showing the receipt with their tracking and insurance numbers.

My cart and the home page are the only pages loading. If I try to search for or look at anything, it either loads endlessly or tells me "oops! an internal error has occurred".

Site is going bonkers after announcing the 15% credit back deal tonight. First I couldn't access my cart at all to check out. Now cart is working, but many of the cards I had in my cart have sold out and been removed. Search function isn't working. Every card search is providing 0 results! Very frustrating!

I have been attempting to make a purchase since 3pm PT on the dot, have been unsuccessful after a dozen attempts on PC, the mobile site, and the Android App. Pretty upsetting considering I held off my purchase to cash in on the bonus bucks.
