What’s happening with virgin games was playing on 777s which u need to deposit within 2.5 sec and while playing had to return to lobby but still can’t play it’s not write when you play a game which u have 2.5 of a second to deposit for this to happen I think virgin should refund me in some way for this is unacceptable and what’s the point of playing these games if virgin doesn’t care if they cut your game off

I’m so glad that it’s not just me experiencing problems but, knowing it’s a widespread issue it’s rather disappointing that virgin are unable to send an informative email acknowledging the problem and informing us of any progress and updates. They don’t usually have problems with sending out regular emails when they are designed to entice you to play do they!! Come on virgin let’s have some customer service please!!

Contacted virgin games tonight the site is experiencing technical problems and bets and credits have been missing this issue isn't the first time that the site has happened but customer service has said all credits and bets will be credited back so hopefully they will get it sorted ASAP ????
