This website is terrible. I've been trying to log in since January 01 and have called four times. Each time I was given a ticket number for all the good that did. When I called back, no one ever asked for the ticket number. In fact, when I tried to give to them, they said they didn't need it but gave me a new one! I've been a customer since 2015 and never had this problem before they started using entry key id. You can be sure that in December 2024, I will find another prescription drug plan.

The most obtuse business site I have ever visited. I can't just log in, I have to jump through a bunch of hoops, and then still can't get in. I will not renew with Wellcare next December.

Website Still Not Working

Called Wellcare 12/13/23 as new and had created my account, but unable to access. Was advised would have to wait until 1/2/24. Called 1/3, 1/11, 1/19, 1/23 & 1/30 as still no access. Can enter the authorization code and get no further than spinning. I do not need to add a new account as already created. Just need an account reset. Seems simple and straightforward to me. Totally unacceptable taking this long for resolution. When calling customer service even though it's documented, you have to repeat every detail yet again. So annoying. Now their IT call back changed from 5 business days to 10. Apparently, they're not able to meet the Service Level Agreement of 5 days. I would rate their outsourced customer service 1 star, however, they are friendly and read off of a script and not able to resolve the website issue. The IT group rating is minus 5 stars. Get this fixed as you will lose a lot of customers including myself.

Login Issue - Multiple Accounts

I have been trying to login to my mother's account as Medical POA without success on and off for 4 months! I have put in issue tickets and followed up without success. We had no issues until the new Security setup in August, however, I didn't need to access it until November. So I didn't realize there was an issue. After multiple calls it was determined that she had two accounts set up in their system. They only provided one login option that had us adding an account when one was already in the system. It sounds like the security/sign on conversion needs to be reversed, recoded and uploaded again. It's difficult to manage my mother's medicines from another state without access to her prescription status.

Hanging trying to add account

Boy, after reading these comments I don't feel too hopeful! Same issue as many here -- I've been trying for days to get an account setup. I can successfully create the account, but when I try to "add a plan" it just spins forever after I enter the member number and birthdate. Their website is a disaster. It is impossible to log into the site the majority of the time. This alone makes me want to change providers. We are being told my wife's prescription card has expired, but can't make any progress in getting the issue resolved. Tried for over two months to pay her monthly fee in one lump sum. Finally got through to a human that took care of it. Website would be much more efficient for doing this!

Never been able to log in

I have never been able to get past the verification process since signing up in October. At first I was told because my plan did not begin until January 1st. Been trying every day since then, spinning…..
Several calls to customer support, no answers. Acted like this is the first they heard of the issue. Was supposed to get follow-up with online support, never heard back.
At least I was finally able to get on the drug order site….

January 14, 2024. Having the same problem others mention. Enter six digit verification code and nothing happens. Called member services and got someone who could barely speak English. Urgent need for Wellcare account access. But not able despite two hour long customer care calls.

I've had Wellcare for several years and it worked well...until late December 2023. Now, with a high and urgent need to log in and compare prices on drugs because of serious issues, I have not been able to access my account. Two phone calls to Wellcare customer care have produced NO HELP. First on Dec. 26 was about an hour. Problem of account access not solved. I was told IT help would call me. Never received a call. Next call was on Jan. 3 and was 55 minutes. Problem still not solved. And I continue to wait despite telling Wellcare customer rep that this is urgent.

Husband and I have tried numerous times to log in from his phone, from his ipad, from my phone, and from my laptop and couldn't get logged in to make payments on both his account and my account. When we called the phone number it was telling us no money was owed and we know it is.
