Woodforest Bank Issues

My app is sluggish, but was unable to sign in for hours today. Also, when attempting to sign into website, as recently as 2 minutes ago, the system is unable to send me a verification code, thus, I cannot log into the actual website.

same issue in Ohio, this is the third or fourth time this WEEK. This time it sais trying to access a restricted area, need to be logged in. Then when you attempt to log in , it sais an "Unexpected Error" has occurred. The sad thing is, it isnt really unexpected anymore !

The website and the app are having technical difficulties. I keep getting a variation of three different messages to contact customer service if the issue continues. I can't login into the app, from the web browser or mobile site version. It being Sunday means all automated assistance.

Woodforest Internally Down

If you try to log in from the web page it says you are not authorized to do so. If you try from the app it’s says the system is down. It isn’t a problem with the site or application, it’s gotta be internal because my insurance payment got rejected and the money is definitely in there for it.
