Booking system still down....

3rd April 2024 - same issue still. Will not allow me to check out. Apparently 'Booking system is down. Please try again later'. Called a local tyre fitting place and they are actually cheaper and can fit today... shop local, I say!!!

Won’t load any tires after searching again 24hoirs later

Unable to select any tires without website crashing and then showing no stock or available tires to view. Absolutely rubbish and can’t get it to work on any device. Tried deleting website data but site won’t load anywhere on any device when loading my tires, it was working fine yesterday

No email received after transaction on PayPal completed.
Transaction shows on PayPal but not on my account with Halfords nor have I had an email from Halfords confirming purchase. This happened at 8pm 10/10/23

Order payments not being accepted

I was logged into my Halfords account and I had 6 car servicing items in my Halfords basket.
I paid by credit card but the next page stated that the order had NOT been processed. I tried again, this time with Paypal, exactly the same issue. I telephoned customer services and tried to buy over the phone and they had the same issue.

Booking system down

Booking system is down for MOTs and servicing on the website. Also, if you try and add these products to your cart, it will say they are added, but the cart will actually still be empty. Talking to online agent told me to just ring customer service.

promised a reduced price tracking on my car 9half price at £18) when buying a pair of tyres. Told they had no kit for tracking on site, received my £18 back, but could have got cheaper tyres and fitting at my local garage. Con trick?

Pathetic. Tried to take advantage of a £10 off deal that was e mailed to me. Site would not recognise the VRM of my 18 month old motorhome so the site would not let me buy any oil. Contacted the helpline who couldn't help, advised me to go into nearest store, explained that the voucher I had was on line only, only further advise was Sorry. Absolute joke, will be shopping elsewhere
