I have received confirmation (2x) from ComEd that this is known problem. They are not able to fix the login issue.

You have to pay as a guest and it will work to pay your bill, it doesn't seem to work any other way. I tried the option below and that did not work for me.

I haven't been able to log in to pay the Comed's bills for at least a month now. Keep getting the gray page with the eternal spinner. Who exactly works for your company's IT team, FFS? Did Putin's trolls attack your website or something? Like, seriously, WTAF?
