Back ok this morning. Like @Patrick below I suspected their DNS server, but couldn't remember the free Google DNS IP address; made a note of it now.

Miss

Havent had internet all day, the router is fine the lights are on but no internet connection!! I have restarted the router and unplugged from the wall still nothing!! Is supanet down??

DNS server

A solution the issues today is to change your DNS server in your WiFi settings on your device to point to 8.8.8.8 (google’s public service). My guess is that the supanet DNS server is down which is the default server.

Exactly my thoughts what if they’ve gone bust worse thing is everything is on wifi nothing works i thought it was just me but yes tried live chat / phone nothing goes through hope its sorted before the weekend or time to look for a new ISP

Could only open websites on chrome then went off

Can't access any of their website pages either. Telephoned from a neighbours phone and it cut off. Hope they haven't decided to quit. Briefly came back but only on chrome then stopped

Lights are flashing but internet not working.

Internet kind of working as I'm on here, but on most devices says 'no internet connection' and have done for half the day. Landline still working, and WhatsApp on phone. Tried the supanet number but a dead tone...... unable to access anything online as internet is not working except for this site. No 3G signal where we are, so completely reliant on wifi.

Server STILL not repaired - do so ASAP!

Server is still down at 4:17pm, 5 April, and this is ridiculous. Many users, including me, want to access their email but the server has not been fixed. We are paying enough each month for service that is substandard so please get your act together and fix the problem ASAP.

real unhappy with the customer service. told internet off and to use data on my phone which will rack up a bill but not willing to take money off supranet bill but yet with no internet in the area he can down grade me to a lower internet, absolute joke!!!!

Loose cable or is there an outage?

All blue lights are on my hub as usual. The group of three blue lights the left light flickers... My phone says Connected but no internet. This has been buggy all day. Thought it was a loose connection re cables in the house but if the hub is turned off and then on I get no internet. I go to bed worried now because the loose cable theory isn't the problem...or I don't think it is.

2 days with no internet at £49 a month is not acceptable. If my service is not working by the morning, I will have no option but to change provider. I am housebound due to invalidity and I cannot have no internet.
