an already slow site, currently unusable!

ae.com Real Rewards, sign-in, and cart are all completely broken right now!! sign-in only seems to partially sign me in, the cart is not properly adding up the cost of the items, and any coupons used (including Real Rewards $5 coupons!) have an error reading "This code doesn't match an active promotion. Please try again."

Painfully slow

Website not down, but trying to shop on this page is so painful, I’m ready to go somewhere else instead. It shouldn’t take this long to add a few clothes into the cart. I am new to the website - is it always like this??
