JetBlue - Website issues - Is it purposeful to buy tickets from a third party and pay more money?

05/25 and 5/26 - This is the similar experience that I have faced. Have three different browsers and internet speed of One GIG is plenty, since I work from home !

When trying to check out , the last step, after selecting flight, seat, baggage amount, screen never advances after clicking next step, payment, just shows a waiting .gif file, then JetBlue terminates session due to inactivity. All or most info has to be entered again after signing in again. Happened 5 times today, still unable to purchase the flight. I had to buy the ticket through a third party company!!

It NEVER lets you sign in, never accepts new passwords, and so it is impossible to get point or use your points because it never lets you log in. The worst website I have ever seen. EVER.

Impossible to book flights online

this website has been horrible for weeks ever since they began merging their computer system with mergers or acquisitions. twice in that period I have been thwarted right at the end of the reservation process. It goes into a loop and does not complete the booking. also now it rejects my login credentials which ive been using forever. Probably thinks there's something fraudulent because it's software couldn't complete the transaction. This site sucks

Same problem. They changed my flight and I cannot access the website through any browser or their mobile app. Then they charge $$ to SPEAK to someone because thier website/apps don't work. Horrible customer service. In the future, JB will be the LAST choice.

I am having the same problem as others with managing my flight - “too many redirects.” Why is this happening? The JetBlue website has gotten much worse for me in recent months, overall very slow and with actions timing out. Why aren’t they taking care of this? It feels like a website 20 years ago!

What is going on at Jetblue and their website/app? Can't use manage trip after many attempts over the past 3 days. Any company, let alone an airline, should know the importance of having a website/app that is fully functioning and take the necessary steps to resolve the situation. This must be having tremendous impacts to customers, as well as the customer service representatives that must deal with higher call volumes. Is this just a way to get the $25.00 fee for speaking to a rep? One has to ask and should be thoroughly investigated.

What an absolute disaster
Flight was canceled (The flight that I paid extra for to get a direct flight, right day, paid for extra room etc. etc.) JetBlue rebooked us the next day on a much longer flight with a layover. Online flight management gives error code over and over and over again
Took over an hour to reach a real person.
Unable to help at all. After another 1.5 hour wait I reached a real person on the chat. She was able to move our flight up earlier in the day but still with the layover. She forgot to give me the confirmation code and disconnected me before I could ask. Never received an email to confirm, but my husband did. Wondering if they messed up and only rebooked some of us. Unable to access anything online. Spent another 3.5 hours waiting in queue again to make sure we were actually booked. When I asked the customer service agent for the contact information to write a formal complaint He actually HUNG UP on me. His name was Anderson….
All the website functions not working. Cannot reset password try and dozens of times over two days. This is an absolute shit show. Makes me never want to fly again

Improper payment error messages which tell the user it is an issue with their card. This forces the user to contact their bank and hold with bank to only find out their card is fine to then have to call Jetblue and indoor an additional 1 hour hold. If your system isn't working just say so. I tried 3 credit cards and paypal, same error... its "my problem" not Jetblue's. Unreasonable hold times and want to charge an additional fee to book by phone.
