unexpected error

I can go through the online booking process until confirmation and payment then I get the same "unexpected error"- been going on all weekend- no one comes to chat or answers via phone call and Air France messenger help defers back to KLM- WTH?

App and website down

Unable to login, constant technical errors, app has lost or flight details of upcoming flights with no bookings found, flying blue not working either. Spoke with customer services and they have stated I’m not the only person and they were able to find my booking so I feel reassured it is still there. Hopefully they will get the website and working again.

Both app and web seem not working

Just tried to Check in for My flight in 30h - app is logged in but won’t recognise any flights linked to my account. The link to add my travel documents etc doesn’t work either (won’t save info). Tried website to log in and when entering email address it says “sorry, an unexpected technical error occurred. Please try again later or contact the KLM customer contact centre

I have been trying to change my ticket on KLM for over 24 hours. I have reported something being wrong with the website two times and they keep telling me to change my browser. When I asked to see flight they gave me one option for each day. This is ridiculous.

Lounge Reservation not working in app

Paid for lounge access for my wife and even though my credit card shows it was charged, her access doesn’t show in the reservation. Also, I was then unable to get the “confirm” button to work in the app so that I can also add the lounge access to my reservation. Very frustrating. Tried the app on two different iPhones and one iPad as well as on the KLM website by computer - all to no avail.

i can't pay for my ticket and finish the booking. I paid $18 to hold it and now I'm ready to book it. Klm keeps giving me error notices and won't let me finish booking and pay for the ticket. beyond infuriating. been on hold for over an hour. horrible customer service.

Have had terrible experience with KLM related to baggage (short staffed so no baggage put on plane - we were made aware on the runway minutes prior to takeoff). Bag not retrieved till we were due to fly home and is now damaged.

Claims are time sensitive - when attempting to add claim form getting 'oops there was a problem' error message.
This has been the same for the last 48 hours.
