Can't Use The Website's Contact Form

I tried to use the contact form on this website to address the fact that a movie that I'm watching ("Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen Part 2") is using the wrong language (Spanish, instead of English), but it does not work when I try to click "Submit." Is it because the internet browser that I'm using is Mozilla Firefox, or is it something else?
