They confirmed on the official wpd twitter account that the website hasn't been shut down, they are just experiencing issues with the server + provider rn

Server down
As the others here already said; error code 522 on both WPD and WPL. I mean, at least we will get a bunch of coins as compensation, at least that's how it was last time the server was down for a longer time.

I tried to log in for a while now and I only get this:

What is the the expected uptime for banking services? For CIBC it seems to be occasional?

How do I contact my bank account in Melbourne from London??
I usually go into my bank and let them know when `I am going OS and in fact, I was told to do this when I checked online. Only problem is my bank in Prahran is no longer there !!! ebanking isn't working!!

Also PA Tech support not accessible. You can type in your details and the issue info, but the submit button doesn't work properly. Nothing gets submitted! Tech issues with tech support!

Documents on my account are only half showing. The left half only of all documents is visible - and huge! Can't zoom in or out. The right half is missing or at least not visible. This issue is also apparent on my partner's PA account (separate log in , different device) so it appears to be an issue with Patient Access.
