Trouble for payed-up members
For 10 days now, haven't been able to log on to the site. Every time I get the massage, after entering my email & password details: "An unexpected error occurred. Please, try again." I try then several times, but get the same message constantly.
Also, I tried to request for assistance via the email address I have corresponded with them about previous problems: suoport@filefactory.com, but that bounced back.
As someone said earlier, the legacy site before this so-called amazing new version, worked reasonably well. Why mucking around with something that actually worked, before testing it properly?
