After 25 years of faithful service to Lycos email, they completely left those of us remaining stranded w/o any options of saving our years of email history. A sudden shutdown (June 30th, 2026) w/no warning and no access or ability to migrate to another provider. A perfect example of a company that clearly doesn't care less about their loyal customers. Horrid beyond belief!

Alexa quit working, still not 12 hours later.
Took a minute to respond this am. then she gave answers not asked for. said she couldn't access our location for weather. eventually steady blue light with no verbal response to normal questions, weather, famous birthdays... then "I'll talk to you later" This evening she tried once, cut off b4 finishing, so a whole day without Alexa. June 30, 2026
