9/29/26 Called Premium Email help desk. Tech person said there was not problem on their side that I need to trouble shoot my laptop or try opening email on another lap top. I can get email on cellphone and tablet/

This isn't routine maintenance. This is a serious problem. Maybe they are trying to correct the problems with their data breaches. But they really need to be honest with us and say that's what they're doing. If we know it's going to take a month to install more secure software, we will wait. But we don't like this no information garbage with a false reason being given.

Unable to get website, since Sunday when it said it was down for maint, Marshalls said the same thing, but am able to get Marshalls and Sierra. so why not TJ max?

Periodically msn homepage articles will not load, and states web page cannot be reached. It is occurring once again Sept 2026 for the past 2 weeks. Updates and all advise to correct by msn has been tried but not successful. This happens once or twice per year even though msn states that there are no problems around the world. I am using msn edge.
