The frustration of trying to pay my ComEd bill has been going on for over a year. They want to conduct business on my cell...I don't use my cell to pay bills (I don't know how they got that email). I want to use the email on my laptop (which should be my choice)...their site refuses to accept that address. So, consequently, I don't get an email notification....I get a text. When I figure out that I have a bill due, trying to pay it takes a good 20 minutes. Most of the time it's in German!! Many times, I have given up and had to pay as a guest. I pay all my other utility bills online and it's quick and easy. Why can't ComEd figure this out? I have called ComEd and complained, but they don't seem to care that their website is terrible nor do they make any effort to correct it.
