Network Outage for their File Hoster Servers?
Redirects for downloads to the subdomains where the files are kept (n4.kemono./n3.kem,/n2.kem. etc...) are completely inaccessible in my case. My browsers say that either their DNSs can't be reached or that I have network problems (which I most certaintly do not lol). This seems to be a thing specific to the download domains too atm (and no, it's not due to ISP blocks or anything, connecting with VPNs or private DNSs doesn't work either).

Chromebook issue?
None of those Kohls links produced anything other than a blank page. This may be an issue peculiar to Chromebooks because I was able to access everything normally on a Windows machine.
