Penzu seems to be down today. Apps are not allowing login on any device. Web browser same. Cannot reset password as it says Captcha failed.

my problems with dopple.ai currently
heres something for you to randomly see:
when i tested some chatbots, to see if a issue i got persists, the bot response time is slow, or the response doesn't even print response, no persona or persona included,
dopple.ai also worked fine for me yesterday, but i don't know why the AI's take time to print a response, please tell meh im not on bad wifi or either something happened in the system that randomly caused this

login in a loop
trying to log in on different devices, all of the them using several different browsers, the login goes into a loop and keeps flicking and will not let me log in. The apps on 2 devices work ing correctly, but I cannot access my acount on the apps, only available via a browser.
