Can't Log In
Same for me also, goes straight to help page. Have tried everything including reset password, but get to authenticator stage, and it always comes back the code is incorrect. Have emailed GMX, got some generic reply to try everything in the help centre. Replied that nothing worked, have not received reply

Cannot access MyChart. I put in the correct User Name and Password over and over and it will not accept them. This has happened ever since they started the new verification system at the end of May 2026. It's very upsetting!

Alright, Gydoo. I like your new look, I like it. No wonder the website doesn't work properly... You guys gave it a touch up....

And I feel like... ehh, this Gydoo doesn't seems like "anonymous" now when you start asking for a selfie or ID verification for the age verification.

I feel like that defeat the whole "being anonymous" purposes.
