Can't get access
I wasted 20 minutes resetting my password, It was approved and when I tried to sign in Ebay rejected my 3 year old computer as unrecognized and needing update. The online update process failed and I called the phone number provided to deal with the problem. The voice mail answer on that line broke up repeatedly and said it could not respond to my inputted information. I used to buy or bid frequently in Ebay but not now because I can't get access.
