It won't reset my password. I sent for a code, it sent me the numbers to use but when I put them into the verification slot I get a standard... Only use numbers 0-9, etc

SiteHijacked?
March 21, 2926 Chatting yesterday afternoon with a guy when screen suddenly froze. Since then (now 24 hrs later) try to sign in, get put into a Queue and as soon as the countdown gets to 1 the site flips to ads. Hit the go back or refresh and just get ads shoved at you again. Looks like the site has been hijacked.
