Starting to feel like deliberate fraud

The app could not find stores using the nearby function. When I entered the store manually, it still would not show my options to use my points. The points tally on the home screen says zero, the tally on the redeem page shows my correct amount of points . This has been ongoing since the last update. Have relogged in, no change.

I cant get site to work from my computer, but it does work from my cell phone..It worked for me on computer the other day, so not sure what gives..

711 wallet in app not working

My wallet app isn't working. When I hit scan barcode it comes up as too skinny columns and I can't select the scan and pay option either so it's useless. I've un-installed and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. People at 711 have no idea what to do and their customer service phone took all my information and then said they'd send me a form so I could send them all the details. That I'd just given them. This company is going down the drain. Anyone know how to fix this app issue?

Said their points were down when obv were not down. Couldn’t get two things because of one bitchy staff, thank you to the lady that paid for our still we will pay it forwards. Was told needed to log in again but it hasn’t been able to log in all morning, just keeps saying to wait while it logs me in, for hours!
This app constantly has issues like this, hands down the worst app to use, I’ve missed out on countless “rewards” because it won’t log in or work. I now make a point of walking to a supermarket to purchase items if it won’t log in, you won’t “reward” me for paying your inflated prices on grocery items, then I won’t purchase them from you til you do.

Sign on the door at 3:14 am stating system down. They are obviously not down according to the information provided here and I can clearly see through the store windows their computer monitor have the same employee sign in screen that I have seen so many times at these stores.
