I drop out of coverage for 2 to 3 hours on the day that my monthly account is paid.

ALDI SIM still not working

My Aldi SIM hasn't worked since 1 Jan. I've even bought a new SIM but that doesn't work. I found online that the problem lies with Telstra and Aldi connection.
Despite several vomplainrs and now a comment lodged with TIO I still can't use my phone fir calls or txts.
I can't even call emergency numbers.
My only means of communication s via internet but this isn't the answer.
Can domeone please tell me when this will be fixed.
I've wasted the last week if my holidays trying to sort thus out.
So frustrating

I live in Peppermint Grove Beach, WA and both my husband's and my phones say Mobile Network Not Available when we try to make calls. Our monthly payment that comes out automatically was paid just a few days ago.
