Bmo fix

Funny if you change your VPN, like NordVPN to outside of Canada it works fine. Maybe we said something Trudeau didn’t like and they locked us out ;). But in all seriousness if you run a vpn try one outside of Canada. Should fix the issue.

When banks fall, only the customers get hurt. Not me.

BMO Harris Bank recently bought out Bank Of The West and from what I hear, it's been a disaster. The problems this bank is experiencing should never have happened with any properly managed bank. It seems as if its CEO and CTO are poorly managing the company. After reading through many years of history on this bank, the public outcry from it's helpless customers, the software has all kinds of glitches and visual detractions. It feels to me like BMO Harris is in it's last death blows before it goes out of business, due to mismanagement. I will be transferring my substantially large portfolio of assets to a new bank tomorrow.

BMO is a Total Unending Nightmare

Once again, after resetting ID and password IN MY BANK BRANCH, neither is recognized when I try to log in, and my email and SSN (STOP asking for SSN as ID—this is not safe!) are not recognized either, and therefore I cannot reset ID or Password. BMO takeover of Bank of the West is a total nightmare without end.

Ongoing issues with BMO login page. States its a BMO issue but it only affects 1 of my 3 computers. I deleted all cookies and pages many many times & no luck. Its not this computer or the browser!!!!

Funds withheld / E-transfers Not Functioning

BMO for Business will not allow e-tranfers to go through. Also funds have been held for 10 days. Tried to contact branch manger for days. Constant promises that someone will call, but they just ghost you. No response to emails, calls, or messages sent from the call centre. We have No idea where our money is and we are told by the call centre there is nothing we can do about it. Customer service is completely absent. We will be cancelling all accounts as soon as we can get access to our funds.

Reliability is key to getting people to trust and move to online banking. The opposite of that is not being able access your funds, pay bills, or then being told there is a 1.5 hour wait to speak to a customer service agent. Time for a new bank.
