Zero balance and no transaction which i know i have enough

It will not let me sign up for ODP. I was already signed up for this feature for about a year but for some reason it wasn't activated now but it was last month and I didn't turn that feature off. Now what do I do. It keeps saying the agree feature isn't working.

When this company was meta it was good pathward bought them out it turned to sh*t October beginning of November they stole my whole check did the BBB thing wasn't worth my time.then they had the nerve to send me a 4 dollar check which I absolutely did not cash and I should had known something wasn't write before then when my payment didn't go through and small amounts of money was disappearing but I did go and get the money I had left out before my check was deposited I tried to cancel deposit but it was to late.hoping there going to be a class lawsuit coming soon.get rid of them and GD luck

I called the customer service number on the back of the card, and listen to it closely followed directions and was able to transfer from savings to checking. Because I can't get on through the app it's down again just wanted to let everyone know you can call and transfer money from savings if you need to

Don't use this bank

Said they sent a card to me expedited on the 10th and was supposed to be here on the 14th yet never came. They couldn't give me a tracking number and couldn't tell me where my card is....then they "cancelled" that card and reordered? Now I have to wait until after Thanksgiving to access my money. Btw. They deactivated my original card without me knowing because a fraud charge and then their systems were down for the last 3 weeks smh. This bank if you can call it that is shady and I don't trust them... Oh and by the way I did get ahold of them and had to call 2x a day for the last 4 days to try to get tracking number. Oh and got hung up on. Smh

Got what money I had on there out then supposedly my direct deposit for the 7th was there when they emailed me on the 9th wasn't even there. I have a wisely card through them too. through my second job took everything out before they started having issues too. closed the account on both they said online there send me a check whatever is left. I won't hold my breath. I learned a valuable lesson use a bank you can actually Walk into face to face.the only person I blame is myself. well now I have a real bank in my home town thank God I got what I could before everything was gone.i hope everyone else gets there money.GOOD LUCK

thank god i transferred my money out when it came back up the other day and switch direct deposit to another account how is it that they keep having issues and haven't been resolved they resolve it for one day or so then back down again , wont be receiving my services anymore I almost wasn't able to pay my rent because of them this is unacceptable good luck everyone I advise you to transfer funds and switch direct deposit accounts , because it doesn't seem like they are going to be fully up and running

Only was able to log in at 10:15 pm cst

I was able to log into my account at 10:15 pm cst and I quickly move my money in my apple pay and moved it into another account after that I was not able to log back in to the account. I went to my HR manager and was able to get my direct deposit account approved right away by showing him the issue with my bank.

I was one of ones that called the 2273 number. I saw it posted and called. I did give some but not all info. It may be a scam idk but if your card is locked/paused I don’t see how they get anything right now. It still may be best to wait instead of calling that number. I was just trying anything to get some answers. If it is a scam Card.com should responsible because had they communicated with us and kept the service center open for calls the scammers couldn’t have targeted their customers with a fake number. They created the perfect opening. Just my opinion

The federal reserves are the ones the deposits go through. That’s how it has to do with them. The deposits don’t ever go from the employer straight to the bank. Never. They announced this is their fault, check twitter and literally every single news media source. Now they’re advising banks to work diligently through this.

Hey guys, I have a REAL update. This is not just the bank, it’s the Federal Reserves. They’ve posted that this started 11/03 and manyyyyy people cannot access their bank accounts, funds, and won’t get direct deposit. This was an internal operational issue on their end. So, someone f***ed up in the “private sector.”

Well just withdrawal what I could which was most of it the balance kept on changing on the ATM balance inquiry and they moved 5 into my savings which I do not use thank goodness I payed all my bills the day before this happened this morning I changed my work deposit to a different account still need to make sure one bill is paid it said it's paid but my credit card company didn't update my balance yet before I close this fkr what's messed up I have a wisely account for my second job that isn't effected by the same company by pathward which I was planning on switching after Thursday anyway bunch of thief's

You can call +1 (855) 466-2273 and speak to a live representative. I just got off the phone with them and she was able to tell me my balance. Assured me that my direct deposit will still go through tomorrow and I can pull it out at an ATM and can also use card. Just cannot transfer any money out of savings until app and website are back up. If you need to verify your balances, I suggest calling that number. She also said they are working to have app and website back up by tonight.

Class Action Lawsuit

This is ridiculous. I have never seen such bull in my life.
I’m looking at filing a class action lawsuit for the stress and inconvenience. Some individuals live day to day, paycheck to paycheck. This has become very critical and could end up with some homeless, without utilities, food, ect. Most banks are up much quicker and at the very least communicating with their customers to keep them calm.

I can use my card because I have money in my checking account but I can't get on the mobile app or the mobile website can't get into either one says it their experiencing an error so that means I have $200 in savings that I can't touch this all started happening to me yesterday I was fine over the course of the weekend I got my direct deposit from Social Security last week was able to pay my bills and used it to withdraw cash on Saturday and I could still withdraw cash yesterday because I got my weekly statement that told me how much money I had in my account well I pulled out some but I couldn't transfer from savings to checking at the ATM and I can't get online that mobile app and the website won't let anybody on I don't know what the hell is going on but if they don't have it fixed by this week I know I'll be using a new bank by next weekend and just write the $200 in my savings off as a loss

Switching banks

I said I would wait till Wednesday to switch my bank. Nope. I switched today to Credit Karma. I called Card.com customer service and the rep told me— they don’t know when the website will be up and functioning again…those are scary words to hear. I get paid in 2 days and I can’t risk not getting paid. This could be any time frame. From now until 1 month.

It was all great until a few days ago x the app doesn’t work neither does the website. The phone number has an automated service that says to be patient and hangs up. I need to pay my rent. I’ve already received a 3 day pay or quit. This is ridiculous. They’re looking at a lawsuit. I’ve already contacted someone. As soon as I hear back with the information I will post it here. The phone number for card.com is different than the premium card.com. If you call card.com it won’t find your account. You have to call (844)227-3602. But it won’t be of any help.
