Medtronic app n phone not connected

I keep getting msgscthat my carelink is not connected to wifi......BUT IT IS 24/7...?
Wh a t is going on with this connection between Android phone and app.
I have NEVER had this problem before ......it's been connected for 10 years so it's not anything wrong , my end???
