Why is website screwing up payment information?

The celebrity app and website now say I have a balance due (which is way more than I paid for it) when it said it was paid in full in the past (which it is). I keep getting error messages with my sign-on. What is going on? This is very frustrating. Been trying for 2 days now. My cruise is in 33 days.

Same issue as Kohjb, when I attempt sign-in I get a white screen and a grey progress bar that stops around 80%.

Hang at Sign in page

When ever I click on "Sign in" to sign in to my existing account, the screen goes blank, there is a grey progress bar that progresses to about 80%, then it hangs and just stays there - so I get a hang with a white page and grey progress bar that does not move any more.

October 24th, 2022 - Is Celebrity's site down again on the internet? Every time I try to log into my account to check when my final payment is due, it comes up with a message that says something like "BAD error" or something like that.
