Daily pay by PNC Earndit are not giving me my money

These guys are really getting me extremely angry. First, I was told it was my employer, then that it as an "escalated" issue. I find out both are BS. Now, I ask for a supervisor, and I'm told none are available. I am broke. Told 1-3 business days. I dont have 1-3 days, I really want to cuss here. Like an idiot, I bought into this scam. Regret it to the nth degree. RUN.

Anyone have any suggestions on another daily pay app that works better than the actual DailyPay? I’m tired of all the delays in updated earnings or down for maintenance. It is just ridiculous how this company doesn’t work the way it should.

They’re constantly having delays in my balance updates and it is not my company because I check with them every time this happens and they show me my time card and everything is up to date and processed. It’s DailyPay and my balance hasn’t updated all weekend and I contacted them this morning and was told there is a delay in reported earnings yet again. My daily pay hasn’t uploaded since since July 16th and I’ve worked everyday since. And nothing I was told wait untill today Monday. And I called today when it still wasn’t loaded and now I’m told wait untill the 25th. Smh what a joke. They are currently working on the problem. Yea whatever. I worked 2 shifts Dec 30th to December 31st. 1st one was 5 hrs and 15mins second one was overnight 8h and 45m. I got payed the morning of the 31st for my first. That afternoon I get paid 2h 45m. Has not updated at all. Updated at midnight. Here it is the next day and still says it was Updated at midnight the prior day. This is not the employeer not updating the pay roll. I chatted with Andrea from DailyPay and she said it’s something g wrong internally with the system and it’s no timetable on when it will be fixed hope this helps everyone I know it sucks not being able to get your money like this app advertised and for them to charge you for every time you withdraw is outrageous

On Friday I was told my employer didn’t send my timesheet. Yesterday I was told there is a delay In earnings. Today I called and they said there’s no delay they just haven’t received my timesheet. And asked if I clocked in and out in time and if I did any overtime. This app is a scam!!

Confused

I was told the system wasn't down and yet I have worked two days and nothing updated. Our payroll updates an hour after you clock out and I work third shift so for me that's 8:30am. It's 1:00pm now and I spoke with customer service and I got absolutely no answer. He asked if I changed positions or companies and I said No which is true and he came back to the chat and said well is there anything else I can help you with. So I'm convinced that they do not care. My question wasn't even answered and yet my chat ended.

If you go on the their site it says their aware of the problem and should be fixed this evening. That was yesterday. My funds have been reported but their not available. I called and spoke to someone and they said nothing will be available until Monday "sorry". I told them I need my funds today they said "sorry". This not the first time this has happened. What is really going on with this company. If you look at the last several months it seems to be a recurring problem. This service is unreliable. Customer service likes to talk over you. They avoid answering your questions. Their remedy to any problem is an escalated ticket forcing customers to wait up to 3 days for a call back. 9 times out of 10 all supervisors are "busy" talking to other customers. You have to call multiple times to get in touch with someone that will answer your questions. Is there another company that is reputable?
