Been trying a month same issue.

The site is up and running, but when you try to login it redirects you back to the main page, I'll wait till the 1st of Oct 2023 - hopeful this issue will be fixed but highly doubtful, it's like Georgia DFCS wants people to lose benefits.

Ga gateway site 403 error cannot access on phone

Basically the mobile site is down i accessed my account on my son ipad you gonna have to try and turn your device landscape and go to settings and change to computer/desktop mode if it still dont work you need a laptop or ipad tablet

Ga gateway site is not working

Every time I try to log on it comes up forbidden or just a blank screen.Is the website not working?Also all 3 that it says to try are doing the same

Can't login

Each time I try to log in it says incorrect password and I have to make new one. Only to repeat the cycle and then told error try logging in later. Frustrating ????

System down - need assistance for renewal of benefits before deadline.

The system is down. Cannot log in, change password, answer security questions, NOTHING. I have a renewal deadline. Have called my case/ claim manager and left message. No call back to date. I have called help desk. No answer! Can get my status info but can’t get INTO the system to send requested renewal information! It is May 31, 2023. When will the system be operational OR who can I contact to complete renewal??
