URGENT: LARGE GROUP OF USERS UNABLE TO SIGN IN TO ACCOUNTS FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS

Please take note that your site does not allow users to sign in, Everyone i know is unable to login to your website

All issues has been troubleshooted and isolated on different devices and internet protocols

Please take a look into this matter ASAP since the issue is persistent for the past 2 weeks now.
