Fix for IHOP App issue.

The IHOP rewards works again if you sign-out of BOTH the phone APP and the website on your computer. I normally always stay signed in on the phone APP, but something must have changed, and it stopped working on both the phone APP and the computer website. Signing out of BOTH and then signing back in using the phone APP fixed the issue.

The IHOP rewards have not been working since Saturday, March 23, 2024. Today is March 26, 2024 and I have tried every day without success.

Rewards not working

I went to IHOP yesterday to use my rewards for free pancakes. When I went to pay I could not get the rewards on the app. It said try again later. So I'm also missing out on the coins that I could have earned yesterday with my purchase. Very frustrating!

Update screwed everything

Been trying to get into my ihop for 36 hours now not 1 email has come to reset password I am getting mad since I have rewards I want to use before they expire and they’ve messed up everything with newest so called update

When you finally get the reset password email , you click on it and you get link expired message . They need to get someone that knows what their doing at IHOP
