3 Vinted parcels in 3 days have been returned to sellers because InPost either have too many parcels to cope with or their lockers are full. This keeps happening and it’s not on. Shocking courier service!

it’s a shambles of a set up…I work for the company that collects the parcels from the lockers…and we can’t cope with the volumes…so management are just sending parcels back to customers…AVOID INPOST AT ALL COST

Frustrating

All parcels posted today and yesterday are apparently being returned to me.
Spoke to one of the buyers and they have received a text to say the item is ready to collect despite few minutes before saying it was returning to sender.
Very bizarre!

3 expected Vinted parcels via InPost, one said returning but we actually had a text and collected it. 2 separate parcels from another seller where no text was received are both returning to seller. Pretty fed up.

Vinted, all parcels over last few days returning to sender

All of my vinted parcels posted over the last few days are saying returning to sender. Some buyers had parcels arrived and the return to sender message came through after this. On going to collect their parcels they found them to be there so hoping it's just a glitch

Hopefully a glitch in the system, my daughter had a message saying parcel being returned but then the buyer just collected it ????‍♀️ it’s worth the buyers checking their delivery status as some of mine are saying it’s still on track
