Images Not Displaying On Mercari App!!

There are no images at all on my mercari app. This glitch just happened last week, and again now! I have 800 listings. The descriptions are visible. However there are no images. My profile picture is also blank. I see only prices and descriptions on items. Where the images should be, there is only white! Has anyone had this happen to them? I've tried everything possible to troubleshoot and nothing has worked!!

Update: I just randomly decided to attempt another login to my account on Mercari through my laptop and I was successfully able to after receiving a code via email to sign into my account after entering my email and password. My problem is solved but I'm hoping not to encounter this issue ever again, seriously. Not kewl.

Mercari customer service contacted and the "Something went wrong" issue still unsolved...

After contacting customer service on Mercari concerning the "Something went wrong" error message I received on the login screen, they walked me through a variety of troubleshooting steps to fix my problem. To no surprise, these troubleshooting steps are practically the same steps you can find concerning the same issue on Mercari from other websites if you Google what your problem is in the Google search bar. Anyway, in the end, customer service at Mercari basically established that my problem was "unresolved" after none of their troubleshooting methods worked for me. If I am still unable to log into my Mercari account from my laptop like normal in a week or two, I'm deleting my account. It's too much of a hassle trying to keep up with buying and selling on that site just from a smartphone app, just saying.

Same error as others 'Something went wrong'. Cleared my password cache and now I can't log into Mercari on Chrome. Safari and the mobile app works great. I disabled all my extensions, tried incognito mode but that did not work. I'm not the only person with this issue as you can see by all these comments. Opened a ticket with support and hoping they can shed some light?

I also get the "Something Went Wrong" when trying to log in on my Chromebook OVER and OVER! I even successfully changed my password, but still get the damned messsage! While I like buying and selling on Mercari, there are often issues with their site. Sometimes I cannot get or receive messages. Sometimes the website does not load correctly. Things like these frustrate me to no end, and make me consider leaving altogether, and just sticking with eBay!

failure to verify through email after changing password

Changed my password, but still cannot log in because they need a verification code, sent to my email, and they never send it. Checked spam, checked deleted (just because) and new mail. Haven't been able to log in to Mercari from my desktop or laptop on and off for weeks. Every time we find a solution I'm only able to log in for a day or so. My crosslisting platform is a chrome extension so I haven't been able to list on there.

What's going on with mercari lately. Every time I try to log in via desktop version, its asks me to login then a code is generated but the code returns stating 'Something went wrong'. I thought I entered the code wrong, but re-generated multiple codes and nothing works. I've also taken additional steps to clear my cache browser history and took another step and checked for updates. NOTHING? The app works just fine, but I need to login desktop to generate labels and review orders is so much easier on my desktop. Does anyone know why this is happening?

For all the money that this stupid website charges people … selling fee, processing fee, customer service fee or whatever it is when you can’t even get any freaking help outside of emailing and it takes brain surgery to even send a message and they’re obscene shipping rates and you think that they would have a better website someone needs to start a new selling platform one where people could actually sell their items and maybe make a dollar it’s been two days since I could get on my account hope people don’t lose their money.

Mercari app not working

Issues The app would pull up and freeze or lag really bad, then I couldn't click on anything. I decided to uninstall and download again in hopes that a newer version would help. It worked for about 8 hours, still lagging...then it reverted back to freezing or being unable to access my profile, messages, and everything else. I am still unable to view messages or click on anything. It is only with the Mercari app.

My profile won't come up. States there is an issue with it. Also I have offers for 2 items but can't except. It is showing as if I am the buyer not the seller giving me only option to buy now or counter. Hm .. Very strange and I have not received any notifications to my phone as I have it set to do so. Hopefully this is a quick fix .

Yes! You have to delete and reinstall the app for it to work. It’s a pain because you then have to reset your password…but I wish they would have told us this in advance.

Oct 2 My listing page went blank and says I have nothing for sale when I have 2 sales in progress so I cannot complete the sales. And I sold something local and do not know how he rated it or even if I got paid. I was supposed to mail a package Monday and didn’t get her address because my message board is blank.
