sainsburys web terrible.

started shopping at tescos online now, for over a month i cannot access any products or favorites on the sainsburys site and ive done all the things recommended. keep getting 'oops' refresh the page when i try to view any products. fed up with them now.

Ditto..... Just switched to Waitrose after years of using Sainsbury's but it's been going on for weeks now and I'm bored of it and had enough.. They need to act before they lose more customers.

I have been having trouble with the Sainsburys website for the past 4 weeks. The only objects I can put into my basket are my favourites. It does not allow me to browse or choose other products. Sansburys need to look into this. Advising customers to "clear cache"" or" change browser" or "try later" - how much later? is not helpful and does not help at all, you can see this from the myriad of customer comments on this site

Sainsburys website unusable

Website is unusable and has been for two weeks with" whoops something went wrong" screen. Tried all suggested tips, clear cache, reboot, change browser, change from PC to tablet, still not working, Sainsburys says no problem with account. Now shopping elsewhere.

Hiccup with Laptop

I finally succeeded in placing an order online, after issues with Nectar and Sainsbury's online.
Slot booked, all ordered, coupons registered and paid for. But then the website said something about 'please try later'!
Bother! So I went off to have lunch.
When I returned it said 'Update in progress', followed by 'Updates will be installed later'.
At the side was a little S motif. I clicked on this but DuckDuckGo noted that it had 'closed this ...'
Now I can't contact Sainsburys or DuckDuckGo. Please help.

Sainsburys puts online shoppers at risk

SAINSBURYS  blocked me today. Called customer service. The guy courteously said it was my VPN, like NordVPN "I can't do anything about it. It's out my hands. I'll Get in touch with Sainsburys tech people with your complaint." 

It's Sainsburys policy. (To put online users at risk online? I asked...)

Useless service with sainsbury online!

This is day three of not being able to amend and check out my order. It just keeps scrolling on 'confirming amendments' but doest progress to checkout. I contacted the helpline after trying their helpful hints to be told it could be a probkem on the website. Mind you, she did not really seem to know for sure. Appalling service!

Persistent "Something went wrong"... but only on Wndows computers.

For over 4 hours now, I've been unable to search for anything on the Sainsbury's website. The Home page is fine, but as soon as I search for any item to add to my order, either singly or via a list, I get the page, "Something went wrong". I'm using a Windows desktop PC. I've tried on my Windows laptop with the same result. I've tried with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, no difference. However, I've asked a neighbour to try the same on her iPad - all works fine!

Sainsbury's don't seem to be able to leave their website alone and every time they make a change it screws the website up, in the last couple of weeks it has been down multiple times and even their delivery system as a whole was down at the end of October causing chaos for deliveries that day. Sainsbury's clearly having some serious IT issues.
