Useless service with sainsbury online!

This is day three of not being able to amend and check out my order. It just keeps scrolling on 'confirming amendments' but doest progress to checkout. I contacted the helpline after trying their helpful hints to be told it could be a probkem on the website. Mind you, she did not really seem to know for sure. Appalling service!

Persistent "Something went wrong"... but only on Wndows computers.

For over 4 hours now, I've been unable to search for anything on the Sainsbury's website. The Home page is fine, but as soon as I search for any item to add to my order, either singly or via a list, I get the page, "Something went wrong". I'm using a Windows desktop PC. I've tried on my Windows laptop with the same result. I've tried with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, no difference. However, I've asked a neighbour to try the same on her iPad - all works fine!

It's always slow but truly awful today, multiple attempts at login just say "something went wrong". Going to change to Asda delivery because of the constant website grief at Sainsbury's

On line problem in booking a time slot for delivery.

Tried on at least four occasions today to book a delivery slot but each time the system ceased to continue. Tried to establish by telephone if there is problem but no reply to a telephone call either. No problems with any previous online orders.

Sainsbury's don't seem to be able to leave their website alone and every time they make a change it screws the website up, in the last couple of weeks it has been down multiple times and even their delivery system as a whole was down at the end of October causing chaos for deliveries that day. Sainsbury's clearly having some serious IT issues.

For the past 2 weeks, I haven’t been able to log on to my account to order my grocery’s,, It’s coming back ,there is a error an my account has been closed down,Can’t count how many phone calls I have made. 5 forms have been put into their Technical department and had no answer back. I paid for a year for a midweek pass and have been told that because I have not ordered on line for 14 days it will be cancelled and I can’t get a refund. With great difficulty I have had to phone in my grocery order in to get a delivery for last week and this week. Every time I go on line it keeps telling me to reset my password, comes back my account has been locked down. Like the post of Susan, my circumstances are similar.So furious now, what the heck is going on, who do I complain to. Feel sure when I ring up it is going into a call center possibly in India, because its always a foreign person on the other end, sometimes I can hardly understand what they are saying.
