Miss

I get 403 forbidden when I try to amend my order, no matter what browser I use. I have cleared cache and updated everything. Still getting 403 error

Useless service with sainsbury online!

This is day three of not being able to amend and check out my order. It just keeps scrolling on 'confirming amendments' but doest progress to checkout. I contacted the helpline after trying their helpful hints to be told it could be a probkem on the website. Mind you, she did not really seem to know for sure. Appalling service!

Persistent "Something went wrong"... but only on Wndows computers.

For over 4 hours now, I've been unable to search for anything on the Sainsbury's website. The Home page is fine, but as soon as I search for any item to add to my order, either singly or via a list, I get the page, "Something went wrong". I'm using a Windows desktop PC. I've tried on my Windows laptop with the same result. I've tried with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, no difference. However, I've asked a neighbour to try the same on her iPad - all works fine!

Ordered online last night all ok as usual. Not had receipt this morning and food not delivered. Order shows on account but no payment taken.

Online groceries still failing

Still bugs in their site, trolley will not come up, selected items do not register addition though a total does show and impossible to check out. Seems many missing links in their programming.

Worse than usual, and it's usually pretty bad

It's always slow but truly awful today, multiple attempts at login just say "something went wrong". Going to change to Asda delivery because of the constant website grief at Sainsbury's

On line problem in booking a time slot for delivery.

Sainsbury's don't seem to be able to leave their website alone and every time they make a change it screws the website up, in the last couple of weeks it has been down multiple times and even their delivery system as a whole was down at the end of October causing chaos for deliveries that day. Sainsbury's clearly having some serious IT issues.
