SOFI status

I called customer service today after multiple failed attempts to enter orders.
Service rep, Christine, was unaware of any scheduled maintenance. Rather she agrued that my three desktops, laptop and two cell phones were the issue and that she was easily able to access order tickets on the Sofi site. This infuriated me. I contacted other FOOLS with Sofi accounts who echo my experience

Cannot get sofi to load past the Home Screen, after signing in just blank white screen for app. Desktop version doesn’t even get past loading the sign in.

App not loading, Can't login to their website- get 504 error. Tried calling and no body answers. What the heck is going on with Sofi?????

Been banking with them for about 2 weeks... Slow, Unstable, Terrible Bank so far

Via computer, SoFi page just loads forever when I try to log in. Via phone, I can get into the app but when I click on any features it is just a blank screen. I just transferred over to SoFi and so far I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. On top of that, I sent a bill on November 1st and a bill on November 9th and neither company has received yet... this is gonna result in late fees. SoFi is junk!
