App On Google Chrome cast TV dongle is crap ! , good picture & sound but it repeats its self constantly , skips , & pauses , Have to use as Terrestrial tv ariel has a large tree blocking signal most of the time .
have had to go to other channels as a result , Happens only on tv3 , rush , Eden , not on tvnz or youtube etc . please fix it .

ThreeNow just won't work on my Laptop - was fine until 3 days ago, have been watching Series 2 Blue Lights - now it won't play any episodes. Nor can I play any other program - tried Red Eye. What's the problem??

Three app not working on firestick

just found out that tv3 are only supporting Google Chrome or Mozilla browsers. To watch online you will need to download either of these. hope this helps,

TV3 ON DEMAND NOT WORKING

I can't watch on demand because when I get into the program I want to watch I get a black screen on my computer.  I can watch live and I can see all the programs but when I press play on a specific program it takes me to a black square box screen.  I have already asked for help last week but no-one has contacted me.  I can get it on my phone so it's not a problem with my internet or anything like that.  Can someone please help.  Thank you.

TV3 live online not working

I have tried for a few days to watch TV3 online to no avail.. I have reset my password and this still did not work.. I was able to view last night for about an hour and that was it.. TV1 and TV2 are fine.. Does anyone know what is wrong with the TV3 live TV now??

TV3 Now via google chrome on laptop.

Trying to watch black coast vanishings as it is very interesting, yet the program constantly stops and starts. I get about 7 seconds of footage and then it stops again. It is so frustrating. I seem to be watching more adds as the adds play fine. Its horrible. TV3 need to sort their website out as so many people talk about having the same issues.

Movie wont cast to tv from phone . It says it is ready to cast but works for less than one minute then freezes and drops off and the back to ready to cast.

tv3 needs trackers

tv3 will not load after logo using firefox with enhanced tracking set to strict ie: blocking all trackers etc. Facebook trackers seem to be the ones it does not like blocked. Most free tv is garbage any way with tv3 leading the pack.

Logged in but won't load anything to play, gives me error message video may not be available in your area or if connected to a VPN, like NordVPN . Live in Hamilton & checked not connected to a VPN. If you are going to advertise/promote this at the very least make sure it actually works. After reading all the negative comments on this page I'm giving up.

Too many Ads

Why does Three now have so many ads? ? Not only up to six during one episode but up to 4 ads per interval. It's annoying and frustrating might as well go back to TV One on Demand!

How to watch Sail GP on demand

Just want to watch Sail GP on demand. Should be simple really. I go to ThreeNow and the NCIS picture appears and freezes - over and over again. Got into ThreeNow via Sail GP and can't find a replay or on demand version. Is it only available live?

Absolutely terrible experience. Logged in via smart TV. Tried to watch the latest episode of The Project. Programme wouldn't play. Just displayed ThreeNow logo with nothing else happening. Thought the problem might be the TV. Logged in via laptop. Same response. What a hopeless service and a total waste of time. Won't make that mistake again. Time to go back to TVNZ, At least their On Demand service does actually work. Dennis Smith.

Continual buffering issues. Plays then, ‘playback issue’. Drives me crazy. Especially as every time I have to restart, I have to watch advertisements AGAIN. SO DAMMED FRUSTRATING.
