I have a much lower than usual balance in TW right now, and I CAN NOT send, trade, or do ANYTHING with my $87.00 in BTC! I Tried sending the Max amount and even after agreeing to a preposterous FEE of $51 and only $36 remaining its failed repeatedly saying UTXO Error. Lowering the fee several times did nothing. Clearing cache, deleting and restoring wallet did nothing. Trying to
