It hasnt worked all day for me. I could log in, but then screens would freeze so you couldn't advance to the next screen and enter any information. I have been trying all day. Now I cant login at all. I get:

I have had problems all evening...warning messages about entries that turned out to be OK...loading was taking forever...system crashed when I paid for the filing but the payment went through at 10:30 pm,...however, have not been able to log back in to actually Netfile and deadline is less than 24 hours away...it will be a real stretch to try to get this printed and sent by mail tomorrow if I have to do that...between the CRA itself being inaccessible by phone and this glitch with UFile, I am very upset.

i can't log in anymore, error message "something is wrong"... All day long pages could barely load, so slow, got logged out for no reason, my file are ready to upload to CRA and deadline tomorrow... trieddifferent browser to no avail. The system prompted to change my email after so many trials, but it doesn't submit a new link. I was always happy with ufile but now ...Definitely not a good experience...

Cannot import last years data. I don't even know what needs to be carried forward.
Cannot use CRA autofill data, everything has to be manually entered.
Might as well do it on paper.

Wow....unbeleivable how bad UFile has become. Am not able to pay so I can file my taxes....imagine getting 'opps something went wrong' when trying to pay. Time to head to Turbo Tax, at least that site in functoning.

For a tax filing website to effectively crash on the eve of the tax filing deadline is pretty bad. This is literally their raison d'etre. It is not like this is a free service...this is a paid website.
Navigating the webpages is interminably slow, almost to the point of being unusable....recalling the bad old days of dial-up speed. Then it crashes when trying to calculate the return. Simply unacceptable.

Try switching your browser if you have problems
If you are having issues with steps to pay, review and file your tax return, PLEASE change your browser to another one. I was on chrome and had issues lasted for days. After help desk suggested to use another browser, I switched to firefox and it worked like a charm. Not saying firefox is better but that was the first one i tried after chrome. Other browsers might work just fine too.
