ufile has not worked all day and i am wondering if our data is safe or if you have been hacked and are not telling us. It is extremely worrying and since you are not giving us any updates it seems suspicious.

website error continues?

Now the program just says "oops something went wrong" Feb 28 and march 1. Yesterday (Feb 28th) it let me work through the 2023 tax return. Then when I tried to pay and NetFile, I got the screen "Oops, something went wrong". It took my payment but now show this error message so I can't even get into my account for over 12 hours now.!!

Says the date for filing is Feb 19 and I am trying on Feb 28th. Won't let me netfile.

Forms aren't loading

Logged in fine however the forms are not loading, it's simply a white screen below my name and logging out or reloading the page doesn't fix the problem

It hasnt worked all day for me. I could log in, but then screens would freeze so you couldn't advance to the next screen and enter any information. I have been trying all day. Now I cant login at all. I get:

Upset

I have had problems all evening...warning messages about entries that turned out to be OK...loading was taking forever...system crashed when I paid for the filing but the payment went through at 10:30 pm,...however, have not been able to log back in to actually Netfile and deadline is less than 24 hours away...it will be a real stretch to try to get this printed and sent by mail tomorrow if I have to do that...between the CRA itself being inaccessible by phone and this glitch with UFile, I am very upset.

i can't log in anymore, error message "something is wrong"... All day long pages could barely load, so slow, got logged out for no reason, my file are ready to upload to CRA and deadline tomorrow... trieddifferent browser to no avail. The system prompted to change my email after so many trials, but it doesn't submit a new link. I was always happy with ufile but now ...Definitely not a good experience...

no Autofill and no import of last years data

Cannot import last years data. I don't even know what needs to be carried forward.
Cannot use CRA autofill data, everything has to be manually entered.
Might as well do it on paper.

Ufile sucks...really bad!!!

Wow....unbeleivable how bad UFile has become. Am not able to pay so I can file my taxes....imagine getting 'opps something went wrong' when trying to pay. Time to head to Turbo Tax, at least that site in functoning.

For a tax filing website to effectively crash on the eve of the tax filing deadline is pretty bad. This is literally their raison d'etre. It is not like this is a free service...this is a paid website.
Navigating the webpages is interminably slow, almost to the point of being unusable....recalling the bad old days of dial-up speed. Then it crashes when trying to calculate the return. Simply unacceptable.

"Ready to pay" prompt-- Click "Buy Now" button and get generic "Oops, something has gone wrong" error message" No more information on how to correct or what we t wrong. Review page says everything entered properly and totals have calculated. I just can't complete the transaction. Brutal.
