I had the spinning wheel today and was not able to login using Chrome. Switched to Safari and it worked. Hope this helps.

Spinning wheel after strengthening password.

I changed my password to strengthen it, and now when I try to log in on the app (but I think it still works on my laptop) I'm getting the spinning circle and that's it. Even when I open in Chrome externally.

Search function not working on Voila.ca

Product search function not working on PC laptop, Chrome, when you go to search for a product you get an error. This is April 4th. Website loads fine and allows you to book a time but you basically can't shop using search bar.

Issue is with Apple devices on iOS

The problem seems for me to be with the website not allow to login on an Apple device regardless of the browser used. On a windows computer it works.

I can’t wait for Provigo, Métro, Walmart or someone else making a half decent app so Apple device users have an alternative.

I have been having the same issue for almost two weeks, i.e. eternally spinning wheel on login. I also have the same issue on IGA. Voilà is a real MMO, they need to get their act together.

I can’t login. Sign in page just spins. It doesn’t return a password error, it doesn’t time out and it doesn’t log in. I’ve tried resetting my password and logging in using other methods than email/password with the same result

Voila pick up times not available

I think Safeways system may have been hacked. I called the store that I normally pick up from and they told me they have no internet access and neither does the head office. Why can’t they at least email voila customers. So shady.

Cancelled twice

My Safeway online pickup grocery order scheduled for last Saturday Nov5 was suddenly cancelled by Voila on Friday. Somehow I managed to reorder again for pickup tomorrow Nov 7, but early this afternoon Voila cancelled that pickup appointment as well. I guess it is some serious issue they are dealing with.
