Login issue
I can’t login. Sign in page just spins. It doesn’t return a password error, it doesn’t time out and it doesn’t log in. I’ve tried resetting my password and logging in using other methods than email/password with the same result

Voila pick up times not available
I think Safeways system may have been hacked. I called the store that I normally pick up from and they told me they have no internet access and neither does the head office. Why can’t they at least email voila customers. So shady.

No times for pick up - is it operating?
There are no avail curbside pick up times in Halifax stores for days.. if the service is down it would be good to post that.. and… it’s often not available

Cancelled twice
My Safeway online pickup grocery order scheduled for last Saturday Nov5 was suddenly cancelled by Voila on Friday. Somehow I managed to reorder again for pickup tomorrow Nov 7, but early this afternoon Voila cancelled that pickup appointment as well. I guess it is some serious issue they are dealing with.
