Woolies just close the online shopping option

The Woolies app is the worst I've used. Items were removed from the cart even though they in stock, then I searched and added them again. Address issues on check out. I have been using the same address for deliveries for years.

I experience problems every time I try to chat to the shopper, the app has timeouts the whole time and say Oops, something went wrong. Very unhappy about this. Always at least 2 items out of stock.

Doubting trustworthiness

Woolworths food order expected today. Looks like it is late... no "your order is being processed" email received as is usually sent out and when I try to log into my account on both the app and website it says "timed out" tried over WiFi as well as cellular network so seems they are not online... but are they delivering their orders !?! Currently it seems to be pointing at... NO. Well I'm not home tomorrow nor this week so they need to follow through upon their promises.
