Several attempts made to book bhx to dub in March, at end of process and payment page entering several different cards, site froze. Very, very frustrating.

Aerlingus travel insurance error Aug 2023

trying to purchase travel insurance with flights on aerlingus website and it took paymet for flights but said their was an error on their system so didnt take insurance payment? Booked flights yesterday spent 30 minutes on hold to aerlingus and they said their was issues with their website. Tried again several times again today to purchase travel insurance, with no luck so far, still showing error?? - 3 August 2023

Customer service wait time is ridiculous - 3 hours!!!
Price quoted by customer service different to that on website.

Aerlingus did not load our luggage into the last leg of our journey from Australia despite having more than 3hours to do it. They now are not responding to calls, emails, social DM. We have a wedding to attend tomorrow and still have no luggage for which we even paid extra money. This is the worst customer service I have experienced ever!
