Delayed flight into Houston we were given no I instructions on where to what hotel etc upon landing.

Repeating loop, trying to book a return flight.

Stuck in a repeating loop. For 2 days I have tried to book a return international flight.
Login, search flights, pick flights, asked to login again at confirm my details, do so, confirm, carbon offset page appears for 2 seconds then the select a flight page appears!
Ridiculous and frustrating. On hold for the rest of my life at customer service, so eventually hung up. Will try again another day and/or use a travel agent.

Website details here indicate no problems. However no bookings have been possible over the last 24hrs, failing at the payment point. Your current status does not reflect the ability to book, Yes all the alternative addresses have been tried.

Same problem as Sue 15 hours ago. A 5 year old could do better, How about telling people the site is down rather than at the end. I have tried 30 plus attempts over 2 days and nights.

Flights become unavailable

Tried to book flights online a few times, each time after putting in credit card details it says that the flights have become unavailable since I started booking. Can't book as a result.

Gone right through booking process 6 times and at the end it always says that those flights are now unavailable, even tho they are there the next time we go to book them again
