AT work on your network issues

AT has a habit of not announcing to customers whenever there are or will be technical difficulties and that's highly unprofessional and uncalled for....learn to take feedback and work on your issues timely...its really annoying when you have work to do using the Internet but then you can't because of issues like this.

Their customer service is just useless. Sent mails, raised complaint on app, .. but no response from them it’s like they don’t exist . Why should I pay bill every month on time . Even one day delay they charge fine. What about their pathetic service. You should refund too in these cases. Totally disappointed. Changing network provider. Don’t call yourself the best when you’re not.
