Wifi not working since 1st August it’s been three days. I work from home. It’s frustrating to pay the bill every month with no wifi for several days in a month. Their customer service is just useless. Sent mails, raised complaint on app, .. but no response from them it’s like they don’t exist . Why should I pay bill every month on time . Even one day delay they charge fine. What about their pathetic service. You should refund too in these cases. Totally disappointed. Changing network provider.
