All channels not working since Sunday. Did speed test. VOD showed 0. Guide loads but no channels will not load, uninstalled, reinstalled, reset router. No luck. Apollo told me to get VPN, like NordVPN but that doesn’t make much sense. Apollo said sorry but working on issues.

Apollo group TV down

All channels not working since Sunday evening. I use firestick on my TV but I cannot access web streams either. I contacted Apollogroup yesterday and they first told me I needed a VPN, like NordVPN but that didnt make sense as even when I try to stream via cell network I get nothing. They finally admitted they have a "few" issues but would not tell me anything else other than they are working on it

Don’t know what’s happening this past week but Apollo is really down the drain. 2.3.8 was working perfectly for a while and since this update nothing is working properly. Italian channels, US channels are all going down. Get this thing running quick please!

Half the channels, buffering every 30 seconds, ‘cannot connect to edge server’ this has been happening for months. Will be switching to another provider.

No movies, Vod, and TV shows not working.

Apollo Group TV Movies, TV Shows, and VOD have been working since early this morning. It just keeps spinning. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it has not resolved the problem. I am also using Firestick as well.

Movies/Shows Spin.. Live Tv Works.

Started last night, Only live channels will play. ALL movies and Tv Shows will appear but will just spin. Talked to apollo group tv live chat with "Steve" i was told three different things.
1.Its a temporary problem on Apollo's end and they are working on the problem.
2.The only solution is to now use a paid VPN, like NordVPN to access the movies and shows.
3.To uninstall app and reinstall the Apollo Group Tv App.
I really don't know what to believe at this point. Hopefully someone can come on here and help find a solution. App is running from a firestick. I work in IT so I'm going to see if i can Guru this crap out of this and come back with a fix when i get home tonight.

Completely lost ability to see see TV Shows Section. Update has been buffering every time I try it for over a week. Won't ever complete the newest update. Oh yeah, and I get the "Cannot Connect to Server Error" everytime I play a TV Show or Movie, and that's been off and on happening for months.

Update to 2.3.6

Apollo has a new update 2.3.6. Uninstall and then install the new update. I find it works a lot better but there are still error 404 appearing. Apollo please repair the Italian channels there are many errors and please add all the Italian Mediaset channels Mediaset 20 and Mediaset 27.

Apollo has a new update 2.6. Uninstall and then install the new update. I find it works a lot better but there are still error 404 appearing. Apollo please repair the Italian channels there are many errors and please add all the Mediaset channels including Mediaset 20 and Mediaset 26.
