If one day a payment get delayed means these modern day theives will send 100 msgs and calls and rob our money in the name of penality.. But their server gonna down means they can't inform you before.. I struck in a rural remote place, for emergency purpose i can't able do they transaction via UPI.. Now Axis is ready to give compensation for this inconvenience??

Dear Axis Bank,

Atleast have some common sense to inform your customer about maintenance or whatever the **** happening. Customers can be aware and have alternative options.

If customer delays in any kind of payment or low balance you penalise them, now are you going to pay penalty for this ?

Gpay bank account crashed. Fund transfer not working.
I could even see the developer test message as List data1, on the transfer payment screen of the App.
At least display meaningful message. Server is not functional at all. Better the outage message should be shown clearly.
