Most banks are down because of a glitch where many people are being given millions of dollars. Google that and see. The banks are trying to fix this. Its a government issue really with unchecked deposits.

Cannot access checking account. Called and after 10 prompts finally got to customer service and now waiting to speak with someone. Not good customer relations! Way too much time spent trying to reach someone. Why dont you have an automatic message announcing the problem instead of making your precious customers wait!! So unnecessary!

Im glad Im not the only one! If youve associated your mobile number, you can text 69228 with your inquiry. I texted it balance this morning and received my accurate balance instantly, even though the app isnt working.
