Tried to access Binance US and it recognizes me and does the facial recognition but doesn’t log me in. Unable to see my profile or my wallet

I cannot log in .. keeps displaying a big X in red and then says " us "

What does that mean .. successful changed my password and it still displays the same error with the new login details .

Wired funds confirmed completion by the initiating bank has been sitting my Binance.US wallet Pending state for a day and half already. Submit a ticket to their support team yesterday afternoon (since the early morning domestic wire is supposed to be available in the same day) but have not heard anything from anyone yet.
