Is Bleachbooru down?

When I tried to open the site it appears that 'Error: The database is unavailable. Try again later.' I tried to open it in my cellphone too and I got the same message

Why is it that this site is like blocked for me? Ive only visited it maybe twice in my life, and i dont even think i made an account. Yet i cant get in, it just tells me origin is unreachable
