Cannot get onto Bloomingdales site from any device suddenly

I cannot access bloomingdales.com from any device - phone, ipad, desktop computer. The error code says that

great browsing experience but good luck trying to check out. Most of the time, no matter what browser I'm using, I get an error saying they have technical issues and to call to place order. Seriously??? Are we living in the 1980s???
