An error problem on Bloxd

Dear Bloxd.io Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a persistent issue I've been experiencing with your game, Bloxd.io. Every time I attempt to join a server or world, I receive the following message:
"ERROR Failed to load. Please refresh. Reason: Failed to load assets. One of the times it said refresh your page you been permanently banned and another message about involving a VPN, like NordVPN error. I don't have VPN internet and I try my best not to break rules so I am very confused.
Anyways, I have refreshed countless times, but the issue persists. I have also ruled out several potential causes:
Internet connection: I've tested both home Wi-Fi and Mobile hotspot, and the problem remains,
Browser compatibility: I have tried multiple browsers, including the Crazy Games and countless others.
I know only a few is having the same problem as me.
This appears to be a problem with the game itself or the way assets are being loaded in particularly for mobile players.
I truly enjoy playing Bloxd.io and would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

It is a generic Minecraft clone, almost all of the ideas the game has are unoriginal, and to due to pore handling of objects, the game runs horribly on older software. I will admit however, it is free and there are no additional games locked behind a paywall. There is an option to buy a "super rank" but it is a waste of 10 dollars. You could spend that money on an actual game or even subscription services such as Game Pass or Playstation Plus. Would not recommend unless you want to play Minecraft but are not willing to pay.

Trouble getting into lobbies

The game loads just fine, as well as the home screen where you choose which game to play. However, when I choose a lobby for a specific game it gives me the following message: "Error. Try again.". This happens with every game I try to play, and I don't know what's happening.
