Can't recharge. Waited an extra day out of courtesy, tried again, still nothing but "something went wrong, please try again later :(" on their page when I put my number in. Ended up in an emergency situation, unable to call anyone close enough to help. Fix it. I'm leaving boost after February, if I am even able to recharge.

Boost one app isn't working for me keeps saying welcome to boost Mobile I called boost and the rep says nothing is wrong. I have boost one on my phone and my tablet. They both not working.

Crap service at their stores. Issues with my phone. I could hear person I called they couldn't hear me. Had unlimited talk and text. According to them apparently not. Upped my plan and bought a new phone. Same issue plus dropped calls on a full charge. I live 10 miles from largest cellphone tower in my metro area. Their store reps were totally clueless and didn't seem to give a crap. Returned the phone for a refund. Like why would l want a phone I can't anyone will. They offered no resolution. Going with AT&T and dropping Boost.

Can't log in to app

Been having problems since yesterday logging in to Boost One app. Yesterday I couldn't log in for a couple hours. Today all was good in the morning and now , once again, can't log in. Did as Boost care suggested and uninstalled then reinstalled app. Still no go. Not used to issues like this with Boost mobile.

Boost customer

Haven't had proper service for the last 3 weeks. I've called five times and they keep telling me different scenarios. Asked for money back and they said there's no problem I have not gotten a penny off my bill. I am sick of not having service and paying for it. I am switching carriers. I've had Boost Mobile for over 16 years and never had a problem till now

Been having problems with boost mobile since April. Have called several times and phone hangs up. They won’t call you back. Was told they would give credit Bullshit. I haven’t been able to use my phone since April 23 . Boost mobile ain’t worth a shit no more. Time to change to different company. Tired of this bullshit . You Gonna stay with no customer I will post onsocial media Boost ain’t worth a crab.

Internet has been down since 3am pst. in Los Angeles, CA. Can't receive or send iMessages or use the internet. Regular SMS texts and calls still work though.

Boost down for 3 days now

Boost has been down for us for 3 days, no way to, pay bill can't access online, the website redirects you to A NEW WEBSITE TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT! YEAH, NO, NOT DOING IT. THE WEBSITE COULD BE HIJACKED! would be nice for some response from Boost??????

I've had the service for one month and I've had so many dropped calls, no internet connection to where I'm running strictly of 4g instead of 5g since it stays on longer, and boost one stays down multiple times. Today with my payment due, I cannot make a payment. Unbelievable.

Boost Mobile has not publicly reported on the continuing situation with the internal system failure. They could easily have sent a blast to everyone reassuring customers that we would not be penalized for the fact that we cannot log in to pay the bill. Instead, they said nothing. That is not communication. That is obfuscation

I would like to know about the money that I have in my account. There is no way to check to make sure my deposited funds are not effected. App not working, Customer Service number not working. They give you no way of verification of your account status.
